The military simulation industry in Spain has reached a notable degree of maturity in recent decades. From the first attempts in the middle of the last century, all of them analog, to modern and complex simulators that use virtual reality and have the possibility of being networked or scaled according to the user's needs, much progress has been made. To the point that some companies have achieved important export successes. However, there is also much that remains to be done, especially on the part of the Armed Forces that may not yet allocate the necessary resources to an increasingly determining area.
