Today we discuss a peculiar book that I find difficult to agree with, despite its convincing arguments and the amount of data and bibliography that the author, Carlos Arenas Posadas, provides. A dense book that reviews the history of our country, emphasizing what happened after each war, that is, who benefited from it and to what extent the losing side was left out not only of power, but also of the economic circuits and even in many cases, of society itself by ending up as an outcast.
