Just a few weeks ago, we wrote in these same pages a small article titled «War between Azerbaijan and Armenia. A conflict without much future », in which we analyzed both the origins of the disputes between both states, as well as the power relationship and the possible consequences of the war then underway. After the announcement made yesterday by the Armenian Prime Minister, Nikol Pashinián, which is nothing more than a covert surrender, a new situation has been reached that in practice hardly changes anything.
