What has been the determining element of Ukrainian success in stopping the Russian invasion? Without a doubt, having at their disposal unique information, provided by the United States, the United Kingdom and other NATO member states, has been key, allowing the Ukrainians to anticipate every Russian move. However, having more and better information is not of much use if you do not have the necessary capabilities to take advantage of it. Ukraine, thanks to the training of its non-commissioned officers and officers, their greater freedom from stagnant Russian doctrines, having modern weapons at its disposal, as well as the possibility of communicating and coordinating its small units in real time, has managed to make tactical maneuver with operational - and even strategic - objectives, the key element of its successful defense. In this article we explain the reasons and ways in which Ukraine has managed to exploit its strengths, to the point of exhausting Russian forces.
