The Revolution in Military Affairs is a debated and debatable concept, developed as a consequence of the military advances of the 80s and 90s of the last century, especially in the United States. However, the implementation by the Houthis of numerous innovations, combined with the support provided by Iran, has given rise to a true Revolution in Military Affairs that we could classify as "the poor man's RMA." Along these lines we will try to analyze its main characteristics, its strengths and its weaknesses.
