Getting closer to a non-European or Western reality is not an easy mission, having to attend to various socio-political factors that, sometimes, are far from our daily lives. Approaching the Maghreb, therefore, implies understanding the political composition of the States that make it up, the historical evolution that constrains the future of its people and leaders and, of course, the threats that these States and societies face, whether autonomously. or together.
