Paraphrasing Fray Luís de León, “We said yesterday…” or to be more specific, it was said in the previous issue that Al Qaeda was present in Tunisia through a loyal group, the Okba Ibn Nafaa Brigade. This organization took its name from a Muslim general who helped spread the dominions of Islam throughout the Maghreb. It was precisely the Okba Ibn Nafaa Brigade, the germ of what would be a new jihadist formation aligned with its rival: Jund al-Khilafah ("Soldiers of the Caliphate").
