In the last hours, while the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Spain was visiting Palestine, the president of the USA, Donald Trump, has officially recognized Moroccan sovereignty over Western Sahara, passing over the NN. USA, which consider Spain as an administrative nation. At the same time, Morocco has released a note committing to establish diplomatic relations with Israel, following the example of other countries such as the UAE with the recent Abraham agreement. All this, and the Moroccan efforts to achieve regional "military supremacy", call into question the Spanish strategy regarding our southern neighbor.
